Introducing The Author Of This Blog

     Hello, and Welcome to, Healthy Fitness For Teens / For Teens From A Teen. I've created this blog to help other teenagers like me. Now, you might be wondering "who exactly is this person "helping" me?" well allow me to introduce myself.     My name is Josephine Cameron and I am currently 13 years old. I enjoy doing regular things every teenager does, such as Netflix, swimming, social network, singing, makeup + hair, dancing, hanging out w/ friends, and music. I'm not one of those people who are super fit + unrealistic and say you have to start this diet, exercise 3 hours a day and follow that and this work out.
     I will post about healthy decisions, work outs, diets, warnings, Youtube video reviews, progress, and motivation. If any of my information/posts include something dangerous, unhealthy, confusing, unrealistic, and or illegal; please contact me at gcajosieb@gmail.com if any sort is found.
